Wheels Of Action (WOA) was founded in January 2008 by a handful of volunteer business students and professionals in Copenhagen, Denmark with the aim to “get the wheels turning” in the fight against global poverty. WOA consults both local and foreign organizations, helping strengthen their community initiatives with new ideas and the means to see these projects through.
The Wheels Of Action team is currently planning an enormous intercontinental bicycle ride from Copenhagen, Denmark to the Cape of Good Hope, South Africa. The Ride For Hope will gather invaluable information from the field and develop a close personal partnership with NGOs, enabling the WOA team to have a thorough understanding of the specific needs and abilities of each and every partner organization. In this manner, WOA will create bonds and friendships with all organizations visited along the ride. |

WOA will also be able to provide immediate consultation and send real-time feedback to its offices in Copenhagen. This information will feed the creation of new and exciting campaigns, aimed at assisting the active projects being driven by NGOs in the field.
